Hello Kitty Birthday

Last night we celebrated Emily's 7th birthday with family. Her Hello Kitty birthday theme was given big thumbs up! The girls (Emily, Laney and cousins Megan and Madison) were gifted Hello Kitty items: slippers, panties, journals, stickers and pencils. I also snatched up some cute Letters To Santa cards at Macy's. If a child writes to Santa and hands it to our local post office worker, than the child will RECEIVE a letter back from Santa! I love small towns...and I guess that Santa does too! Here are all of the little ones! This is Jon's family--his sister and family, his parents and our family. We all look quite possessed here! Yikes! Emily loved all of her gifts! Laney even received a few! Henry enjoyed playing with his car much more than gift unwrapping! My dad ("Papa") even taught him about leaded, unleaded, diesel and E85! After the guests went home, there was only a house full of tissue paper and wired children! I cannot imagine a better birthday party for my 7 year old baby girl!
