Garden Fresh

After the rain clouds moved out this morning, the children and I traveled across the road to check our little garden! The girls were excited to cut and gather some lettuce! Jon planted enough lettuce to feed our whole town! Ha! My little guy was my little hip helper! Our first garden flower! Mommy's little helpers...all of the land around them is ours! I love it so...you can even see our mailbox and the start of our lane! And inside the home front...
Emily is doing quite well post surgery! Gifts, warm wishes and cards arrived again today! She's taken to popsicles! Laney has definitely been taking advantage of our high ice cream count! Our freezer (and Laney's belly)... full! And Henry has been loving his Little People! He says his own version of VROOM when he plays with the cars. He loves the house...and the little baby. His favorite? The pink mini van that the mommy drives! Hee, hee! As Emily feels better, we will venture out and about more, but for the meantime, we have enjoyed a little bit of relaxing!
Happy Wednesday!

  4. I'm really liking the new layout and LOVING the garden and all of your land! Reminds me of my hometown - we grew up on acres and acres of rolling green hills. The kiddos are so cute - I always love Laney's fun facial expressions!
