Million Dollar Question

Yesterday afternoon, my mom took the girls to the movie Marmaduke. After they left, I put Henry down for a nap and took advantage of my afternoon ALONE TIME (which I believe is a very first)!

I put my current paint project on the back burner (It's actually for MY house, so yep, back burner) and started an art order. See the BIG treat that my momma brought over for me? Let's just say that it was delish, but I was painting stripes FOR 2 WHOLE HOURS and couldn't for the world figure out why my stripes were shaky!???!!!
My afternoon time flew by, and soon Prince Charming was up from his nap. We played with blocks until the girls got home. HULK Henry just loved watching me set up his blocks. He was thrilled to tear them down! Although the girls had a blast at the movies, they were WIPED OUT upon arrival. Here they are in comatose state...watching Pinocchio (yes, 2 movies in one day...bad momma)...while I prepared dinner. And dinner....I made tuna noodle casserole and sweet potato biscuits...a meal that EVERYONE in my home loathes! It's a tough one to get the kiddos to eat. Jon doesn't like it, but knows not to say a word! Ha!
After dinner, I went for a run...and got a craving...
So...the million dollar question...
Did I sabotage dinner so we would have have belly room for ice cream?
You be the judge!

  3. The Sweet Potato Biscuits were a box mix from Paula Deen's store (a gift from my sister who can actually WALK to The Lady And Sons every day for lunch if she chose to)...BUT the recipe is on Paula Deen's website. Easy and good!
