Let The Games Begin

The girls had their first soccer practices last night!

Jon is coaching Emily's team and his sister, Suzanne is coaching Laney's team.

Brother and sister were clever enough to have side by side practices at the same time! Good thinking!

WATER BREAK!!!!!

Isabella and Emily. I tried frozen wash cloths for my girls! Laney's first huddle! Laney was so excited to start her first year of soccer! It doesn't hurt that Aunt Suzanne is one of her very favorite people! Sweet Laney's first water break!

Of course, Henry had to have a few water breaks too!

One of my besties...we met when I moved across the street from her when we were 3...is BACK!

Kristen and I were besties up through college! She's been out West since our Purdue days. Her little boy is going to be on Laney's soccer team!

Last night was the first time Kristen and I had been face to face in 12 YEARS!!!!

It was so wonderful to hug my friend!

And then words just flew out of my mouth. I think I was starting to flood ALL the soccer fields!

I could just sit and talk with Kristen for hours, days...years! I cannot wait to spend more time with her, catching up!

What a GREAT soccer start!
