End Table: Before And After

I just, just finished a little..okay, BIG end table!
Oh WOW...what a little paint does!
I've never been on my art room floor for so long!
Love spreading out, but OUCH...
unfortunately, my 36 years are catching up with me.
It takes a bit longer to get up off of my art room floor! Ha!
*****
Jon's grandma has had this piece FOREVER!
She was ready to lighten this baby up!
*****
BEFORE:AFTER: And here are some more shots...My children LOVE this piece! Emily says that she is going to paint her whole home like this! WOW! And sweet Henry will open and close that front door a million times...revealing the fact that at five years old, Laney can stuff herself inside! And my favorite part....Well, I'm loving the NEW funky knobs that I put on!
They definitely add some more fun (if that is possible)...
BUT I really love the fact that Grandma loves it!
My hard work pays off when the recipient GETS my quirkiness and LOVES it!
The children are so happy that this end table is just down the lane at Grandma's home.
I have a feeling Grandma will have little visitors wanting to PLAY...
morning...
noon...
and night!
