Still can't wrap my head around it...

Christmas is coming!!!!!

I wrapped my first few gifts today.

When I was little, I remember coming home from school and seeing all of the wrapped gifts under the tree.

I loved it so much!

My mom would wrap all day long.

Gifts...just spilling out into the living room!

Henry would probably open all of our wrapped gifts, so our tree is bare underneath...

well, there's kitty George.

I think he thinks he's in a tanning bed!

Today we dove into some Christmas sugar.

Blue candy canes (with our pearls of course)!

And after school...

gingerbread cookies!

Rolling...

Adding just that special sugar touch!

They went down well!


After dinner, I had a few touch ups in the art room...
so I thought I would add a bit more Christmas spirit around here!
