All This WHITE...And I Need Some COLOR

The one word that seems to unite us all right now...

SNOW!

It's been falling here for 30+ hours.

It IS quite beautiful to look at.

Sacco loves it.

But she had a horrible fall last night...

running around the corner like she once did on the racetrack...

BOOM!

Fell on her hip and OUCH...she cried!

She's much better now...

sporting a nice wrap on the leg that she broke while racing.

Just a scrape, but remember...Greys are hemophiliacs!

There is so much snow,

creating quite some weight.

Our little trees just SAG!

I even attempted to shovel our drive!

It was a lost cause.

So, last night, my BIL Kyle came down with his HUGE tractor...

shoveled our whole driveway in a few swipes.

It keeps snowing though,

so it's hard to tell where he shoveled!

All this WHITE snow has made me crave some COLOR!

I painted up this cute little recipe box!

It used to have wallpaper all over it!

I hope Jon's mom likes it!

Today is a snow day.

The girls are watching NARNIA: movie 2.

Hopefully we will go outside to build a snowman later today...

But for now, we will sit and enjoy the beautiful scene outside...

and dream of palm trees and the smell of suntan lotion!
