Welcome To The Marriott

We've been on SLOW time for the past few days.

It's been quite nice.

While I have cleaned out every nook of our home...

the girls turned it into the Marriott.

Emily...the front desk gal.

The rooms run about $600/night, but they serve fresh water...on a nice coaster.

And Laney...the convenience store gal.

She is your room service gal,

but you can also buy games and toys from her.

And Henry...the doorman/valet.

He gets caught loafing while on the job.

Yesterday while getting Mrs. Little People's car, he knocked over a floor lamp.

CRASH!!!!! BREAK!!!!

At our staff lunch, 1 vote for firing him, 1 vote for docking his pay and taking his valet license away.

Since I own the hotel,

I opted to keep him on staff!

He's too cute to fire!



And today...It was like Christmas here.
Grandma gave us lots of scrap fabric to go through.
Oh the possibilities!
I will use it for gift wrapping!





And we also gained a ton of random paper!
I've already had my paper cutter out...creating gift tags!
All kinds of paper...watercolor, tracing, carbon copy (the girls LOVE)...




And later today....Our home once again, turned into the Marriott.




Emily, the front desk gal had signs all over our home...
in every room.



Notice the hotel kitty though...

Reminding us that YES it's our last day of winter break...so darn it...take it easy!

Back to our daily routine tomorrow!
