SMORE Summertime Goodness

There are so many summer staples!

We keep rolling out new ones!

Loving it all!

Recently...SMORES!
We even made Henry his own GFDF (gluten free/dairy free) smore! (And it was darn yummy!)

The SMORES train, taking off down the lane!

****I love these girlies soooo much...look at how they all are dressed! Ha!

(Yep, that's my Laney...green hoody and all!)

It's Mosquito Fest 2011 here in our little woods.

Spending a TON of time in the screened in porch!

Yes, everyone in our family is enjoying the porch!

Yesterday, the children and I drove up to visit my childhood friend who lives in...

the land of the fighting Irish, home of Rudy, where people bleed green and gold...

Notre Dame.

Kristen and met when we were 3 years old!

(Think high winds, 5 kids racing around our feet...complet chaos behind the scenes!)

We had a "ball" visiting!

Just how excited was I when I saw that Mr. Henry was showing Brody how to play in the rocks?!
(Here friend, you just shove Shrek down in the rocks like this!!!!)

Arrrrrrrgh, matey!!!!
And of course, we had to give a little SMORES gift to our hostess!

Such a great day!

Talking to my sweet friend...

a girl who I've known for 34 years!

And trust me....we NEVER get tired of talking!

Love this girl and her family!

Here's to some SMORE summertime goodness!

  2. I can't wait to go roast smores with my girls when we take the motorhome out.
You are so cute bringing your friend such a nice hostess gift. My Mom gave us a happy new motorhome gift, and it was a cute basket filled with smore stuff too. SO clever.
I love those kiddie chairs on your porch! So perfect for the little ones.
