The days of summer are blowing by.
I'm NOT ready to watch my girlies go off to school...
but I am celebrating.
CELEBRATING EMILY: My oldest got the teacher she wanted. Cousin Megan is also in her class. Emily and Cousin Megan are also on Jon's soccer team! Lots of great news. These two girls love each other so much.
CELEBRATING LANEY: Lil' one is starting kindergarten soon (Is it bad that I've already cried a few times?...In private, of course.) and got the teacher she wanted! She will be in the same class as Cousin Madison too! Double plus! And, Laney and Cousin Madison are on Suzanne's (Jon's sister) soccer team!
CELEBRATING HENRY: Today was his last session with his speech therapist, Ms. Tara. We love that Henry has grown so much due to all of her amazing help. But, he is ready to move on. We are soooo lucky and thankful that we will have Ms. Tara's help anytime we need it though. Hery is talking up a storm and even says his sisters' names! Oh, how he will miss his older sisters though. No more piggy back rides throughout the afternoon, or wagon rides before lunch. He will have to resort to his real hippotherapy horse, instead of Laney acting like a make shift horse!
Just a little over a week left, then school will be herding all of the kiddos inside.
So, here's to the little summer that is left.
Oh ya, we are gonna take control and blow this summer up...party style!
Yeah for getting the teachers you wanted and to having cousins in the class! Woo Hoo! Boo to school starting! I am starting back on Monday cuz I have decided to move classrooms. What was I thinking? Hope you have a great rest of the summer!
