The first day of school...GREAT!
I made their favorite after school snack...
They couldn't even wait for me to display it all on a pretty plate!
Guess it tasted the same, pretty plate or ugly cookie sheet.

Yesterday, another great beginning.
But I tell you, it was the absolute WORST day for me!
I cried all day long!
I missed Laney sooo much!
It was rough, and wow! I was even sick of myself!
*****
Henry and I went to hippotherapy...his best session yet.
He actually walked out and greeted the horse.
He actually walked out and greeted the horse.
(Usually, his therapist just carries him out and puts him on the horse).
And check it...is this a great smile, or what?
An overhead door was open to the horse arena, so later I went out and stood...could talk with Henry as he rode.
He kept waving and yelling MOMMA! Music to my ears!
And a first...Ms. Lisa had Zippy the horse trot!
Henry was thrilled and giggled!
Amazing to see and hear!
****
I enjoyed my crazy little boy the rest of the day.
He is into EVERYTHING these days!
Loves his sister's clothes and accessories!
And the girls and I found him up in an American Girl doll bed!
He had the covers on and pretended to snore!
He NEVER would have done this 6 months...3 months ago!
Last night, we just enjoyed our home in the woods.
Beautiful weather...high 70's...so my windows and doors are open!
I can't get enough of our woods!
Jon and Laney played some hoops....
and Miss Emily...
went on a nature hike with lil bro!
Lovely evening with the babes!
Mr. Henry has decided to climb out of his crib!
He clearly is NOT ready for a big boy bed...
so meet his new best friend!
Just put it up...
wish us luck!
Here's to a tear free Wednesday!
Here's to a tear free Wednesday!
