Weekend fun...
as always.
The girls came home from school Friday...
to these...my own version of Seuss cookies!
Then...begging to make Oobleck!
Easy peasy and messy!
FAB clean up though...
and they had a ball!
Saturday...
Hubs and I went on a shopping date.
Can you believe that I didn't buy 1.single.thing!
Shocking!
I was pretty excited about my new Anthro dress though.
Sporting it over my signature GAP leggings and top.
The weekend...
time to regroup,
settle in,
relax in jammies.
A lot of our neighbors are back from the South...
so lovely hearing from them again!
But noticed something outta sorts this morning when taking the girls to school.
Sweet raccoon cuddled up near a tree.
Gave it food and checked on it again this afternoon.
It did move up the tree when I got closer.
May be injured.
Isn't homeless.
Even though a huge tree fell down in our woods, due to crazy storms
(the major storms and tornadoes hit a few hours to our south)...
wild animals always have back up homes.
Hubs and I will check on the lil' fella this evening.
Gear up for another week!

I'm jealous of your shopping trip ~ could never talk my husband into something like that and if I did he probably wouldn't survive:) Great photo you took of yourself. I'm going to post my {sad} attempt of trying to take one this weekend!
