Ten!

My oldest...

birthday celebrating...

all.weekend.long!

 

Friday...requested peanut butter cookies for her class.

Friday pickup...6 4th graders came to our home.

Slumber party!

Think they were dancing and singing as soon as they stepped into the house!

So glad for our basement setup!

Of course...no party complete without crafting!

Pizza and cake ...

then the REAL fun...

makeup, nails...

those girls couldn't get enough of makeover time!

Didn't know it, but a surprise...coming...

For the event...

I made matching shirts for the chicks to wear...

complete with pony holder...tie those big shirts up!

 

Even made Laney her own...

Then...

the main event...

our babysitter...on the HS dance team...

stopped in...brought her dance friend too...

taught the girls a dance!

The girls...a lil' nervous when watching...

But boy...were they all smiles when dancing it up with the older gals!

Yep...think Emily really loved her slumber party!

 

And Saturday night...

family birthday party!

Taco bar and pie for dessert.

My girl...loves her pumpkin pie!

Blew out all 10 of those candles...

and pretty special to have her Great Grandma looking on!

 

Yesterday...finally...her birthday!

Opened a few gifts from us...

Celebrated the day...

even into the evening...

wrapping it all up with cake and ice cream again.

10...

can't believe she's now a double digit girl.
