Getting into the Christmas spirit here!
The other evening...dinner with Santa!
Jon & Emily...basketball practice,
so it was just the littles and me.
My dad...joined in the fun too!
Kept Laney busy while waiting for the jolly ol' man.
Then she heard the bells jingling...
Santa said his HO HO HOs to each table.
Henry...said his NO NO NOs when Santa even looked his way.
This momma had to get sneaky!
We got the prime table in the whole restaurant...
right next to Santa!
(Might not hurt that the restaurant owner is Papa's brother!)
Laney...very first to sit on Santa's lap.
Brought her list.
Been working on it for months.
Papa said she probably had $20 in tape...
3 layers of it all over.
And this list...folded out 6x!
HUGE!
Everyone...even Santa got quite a laugh!
And when asked what ONE special thing she wanted from Santa....
a PUPPY!
Great.
Henry...screamed at just the THOUGHT of the bearded man,
so had to distract him and get a shot.
Dinner with Santa...overall success!
Last night...Laney's Xmas program at school!
We were all excited for her!
Laney...front row, sandwiched between her two great friends, Griffin and Rylie.
Cousin Madison was in the program too!
Got both girls in a shot!
Even got a lil' peek of my gal...
through rows of people...
when she came out for the encore!
Back to back Xmas fun!
And to think...
December has just begun!

ReplyDeleteI love Laney's hair curled like that! I love her bob swag cut too! I'm still laughing about her list... sounds like Morgan's, except she just rattled hers on and on and on!
ReplyDeleteOh Laney...girl is always making me laugh! Her hair is very thin, so the cut is perfect for her. Straight hair, but boy oh boy it can curl too! Lil' curling iron all over...and it's stacked in back. The secret of the whole do...BIG SEXY HAIR spray! :)
